Melinda has been an advisor with the practice since 2010 and became a principle in 2020. She holds securities, investment, and insurance licenses. She is an Enrolled Agent, the highest credential awarded by the IRS. Like attorneys and CPA’s she has unlimited practice rights before the IRS. This allows her to provide financial planning and tax advice to families, professionals, retirees, and business owners.

Melinda’s background as a liaison between investment representatives and mutual fund companies nationwide with Avantax, Dallas, TX was a tremendous training ground for her future working relationships with clients. She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and completed a degree in finance with minors in accounting and economics.
She has developed and is available to present programs titled, “What to do with my paycheck”, targeted for young adults soon to enter the work force and “Financial Clues from the Tax Return” for civic organizations.
