David was born and bred to be a farmer in Oklahoma. For his high school year book annual, he was asked what he wanted to do with his life. His response was to be a farmer/rancher and a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Financial Advisor. He was laughed at for choosing such incongruous professions. Look who's laughing now! He has been extremely successful in all endeavors while few others followed their early dreams. This unique combination affords him the ability to serve farmers and ranchers, as well a businesses and individuals, with all aspects of business support, from management to tax preparation and planning to investment advisory administration.
David is a native of Lawton, Oklahoma where he managed over 1,000 acres of wheat, cattle and catfish production. He holds a BS in accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma and a MBA in tax and accounting from the University of North Texas. He is the co-author of "Income Taxes and Farm Debt Restructuring: Don't Jump Out of the Debt Frying Pan into the IRS Fire."
His practice includes tax, accounting and investment advisory support for individuals as well as businesses. His staff includes an additional CPA and an experienced accountant. David's passion is to educate his clients so they understand the benefits of managing their money as he recommends in order to help them make the best-educated financial decisions. He is more than a "number cruncher" who prepares tax forms or fills out investment papers. He has a hands-on approach to assisting his clients in managing business, tax and financial planning. He keeps in touch to make sure his "family" gets the greatest benefit from all changes in laws and market moves.
